thehoe92 Posted May 25, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 25, 2009 so I started on the suede in the door panels with the stuff in the picture above. turns out it is more of a purpleish color inside the car and outside it looks more gray. thats the passenger side so went back again today and got black suede the drivers side still have to do the back two doors and the carpet on the bottom of the front two doors. might think about wrapping some panels with it... we'll see how that goes. thehoe92 Posted June 14, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 14, 2009 so all this talk about sound deadening on here got me going to home depot for some "quick roof" according to james its not "purpose made" but I tried it anyways since some people have had success. mine was a 6" x 25' roll... a good 12.5 sq feet. used the whole thing on the left rear door. going back to home depot to get 3 more rolls for each door and hopefully going to bust out the Big 3 as well. thehoe92 Posted July 1, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 1, 2009 got almost all my suede done on the doors. anybody know why my bandwidth is being retarded when I don't even use that account anymore (first page) anyways heres the hoe all cleaned up and ready for the chico show... little did I know there was road construction so it didn't stay clean for that long getting it all masked off 3M spray adhesive one done! and started on the drivers side today as you can see I also did the door handle inserts very tricky since it dips in and has some weird curves too it. next black item on the list is rims.
