Recommended Posts

so i will run a 40 & 50 amp, inline my power wire,.. will i still have strength or will they pop easy because there divided up, they will be just inches apart, to conpete in amanture street 2. staying under 1000. on a 10" woofer

you would have to run them in parallel not series

you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol

not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be.

This won't work because the 40 will pop first. They need to be the same size if you're paralleling multiple fuses.

i dont get what that means,

Power wire > =====(--50--)===(--40--)===== > into amp

I cant do this ?

I ran multiple 5 amp fuses..they only blew when you reach the total amperage..BTW a 5 amp fuse allows about 7-8 amps before it blew thats why the new rules state the number of fuses allowed....in MECA 2008 there were vehicles running around 75------5amp fuses lol

o,... now i see how come some of these rules are the way they are lots of loop holes,..

so i should be great with a 40 & a 50, in one line. ?

Here is a pic of a 4 position fuse holder wired up and put a 4 into 1 ground block to convert it back to one wire which will allow me to runn 4 fuses to one amp....and when the show is over i just put a bunch of 50's in there..
