kingsuv
Both of them should never blow if your system is right Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

kingsuv
More of smaller fuses are better then 1 big one if you are looking for a % over their ratings Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. BassBoy69
More of smaller fuses are better then 1 big one if you are looking for a % over their ratings well i can use 1 or 2 thats it i just noticed the glass fuses break on the solder point inside easy, before they ever break in the center Quote 144+ DB'S OUT OF A CONVERTIBLE 12" Funky Pup Subwoofer (The worlds most powerful subwoofer) 6" Aero Ported Box Hifonics - Bxi2010-D Pioneer Deck RD Audio - Front Speaker Rockford Fosgate - Rear Speakers KnuKonceptz - 0 Gauge Wire KnuKonceptz SS Karma - 10 Gauge Sub Wire KnuKonceptz - Krystal Kable Rca Big 3 - Upgrade - 0 Gauge Kinetik - Hc1800 Battery
kingsuv
Glass fuses aren't what they use to be for sure. I would look into 2 ANL fuses for quality reasons. And I would use 2 over one bigger one. You can get as much as 25% over their rating Edited February 12, 2009 by kingsuv Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. BassBoy69
Glass fuses aren't what they use to be for sure. Also you need to know if you are using 125v or 250v for glass. How much fusing are you looking at. Bigger AGC fuses can be spendy ok heres my optrions i can run in amature street class 1 max out at 550 - 1 fuse only amature street class 2 max out at 1000- 2 fuses only my woofer cone surface area is 78.53982 / 10" fi bl sub if i do street 1, i can do a 40 amp fuse = 40x10+78 = 478, if i do street 2, i can do one 80 amp fuse 80x10+78 = 878, i was told i cant mix and match fuses to get a higher number fuse total.. so all i can do is a 80 maxx, i guess,.. what do you think i should do?
