Punkeyboozter Posted February 15, 2009 Report Posted February 15, 2009 Where do you have your LPF set to on your 3000D im running active and was wondering if I should controll it from the HU or the amp, to be honest not sure what Freq to set it too. If it will make any difference the sub box im using is tuned to 35 HZ ported Loudness is no substitute for musicianship, and partial deafness is no badge of honor. I was once able to hear this advice. Build Log>>> http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...pid=672024& New Build Believe in the order
Derrick824 Posted February 15, 2009 Report Posted February 15, 2009 It's all a matter of preference. In my Expo I keep it set to 60hz. If you're gonna use the crossover in your HU then at least set the amp's lpf to that same frequency.
