takenotes101
Im going to be buying a dc lvl 4 xl, with a aq 2200d amp. i will also eventually be adding another amp to power mids/highs when i get them. I havnt done the big 3 yet, but i will eventually. I was wondering if an optima yellow top thats a deep cycle would be fine. I dont want a lot of voltage drop. Or would it be worth my while to just buy a kinetic hc 2000 or 2400.

amazinblazin10
yeah idk how good you'd get running off of one battery with that amount of wattage, either need two batteries preferred or an upgraded alt, or both, i'd go with dc explorer, put either an optima yellow top or the biggest kinetik or powermaster you can fit up front and add another one of those beezys in the rear. 1997 Dodge Ram Van 2500 Big III addition with 1/0 awg wiring all throughout Lightning Audio Strike S4.1000.1D Jenson XA2250 2 - 12" Mtx Jackhammers JH55 3ft cubed box sealed under the rear bench seat Pioneer DEH-P6000UB head unit MB Quart FWA 160 components up front
