Killing Tweeter Protection On Cdt Components

so i have 2 sets of cdt audio components in the car and any time i really crank the music, the tweeter protection kicks in and i'm left with no tunes for a few minutes. now i'm planning on upgrading soon but i was curious if anyone knew a way to get the tweets to keep playing and get rid of that tweet protection.

if not i'm just gonna run some old polk cross overs until my new gear gets in.

this is a link to what i have in the car.

Yes u can stop the protection by either twisting the little round brown filters on the crossover or solder the back of the filter
