SundownTL3.2 Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 ok guys and ladies if any i need help bad on my window on my hatch i have a 2002 ford explorer xlt 4 door 3rd row seat 4.0l v6 my window rattles really bad and i need advice on how to make it look good and deaden it were it doesnt rattle also how do i stop my hatch from rattling..... i have put dynamat xtreme on and it didnt help much thanks Ryan Quote 2004 Chevy Tahoe LT........... mr.p Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 for the rear hatch add expanding foam if its the plastic interior piece that is rattling, do not overdue it and have some wd40 or something to cleanup what oozes out....for the glass if it opens then add a stip of weather strippiing from osh around the window where the actual seal touches....there will be a seal on the door, and you are going to add an additional one around on the glass...thats what i did.
