jmitch Posted February 28, 2009 Report Share Posted February 28, 2009 all depends on the state laws and what not but b4 u get to court get ya speedo calibrated the like sum1 said get a lawyer or u yaself request the calibration logs of his gun itll atleast put a delay on everything. and also im not sure what the law is where ure from but speed traps is illegal. where was he sitting? i know that thats 1 thing i learned while learning crimnal justice among other things but good luck brother on ya quest for justice Quote I know a lil about everything so dont call me Mr. Know it All.
