BHSskaterBHS Posted March 2, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 The sony amp is a joke it wont push them worth shit ive tried, and the subs are wired to one ohm so i can only run them bridged or off one channel on the sony. the purple amp has a mono block setting that works the best as of now. oh and the red sony amp is powering my pa system and those two 6x9s. no hard feeling troy its cool! =) 2002 FORD EXPLORER PACKED WITH SOME CHEAP SUBWOOFERS! LikeMoney Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 you have a great attitude for a first system....my ex girlfriend had 2 explod 12's on a 1200 watt sony amp and in a prefab ported box in integra and it bumped for some explodes...then her amp fried and i gave her my planet audio rxd650 and rewired them down to 1 ohm and it really got down! they even handled burps off my soundstream pca3500!!! i will admit those explods are some troopers 2001 chevy silverado 1500 h/u- pioneer avic-f900bt and custom molded 7 inch monitor in center console mids/highs-memphis m-class 6.5 component set subs-3 kicker L7 12's seprate chamber box at 43hz and aprox. 3 cu. ft. amp- treo ssx 2000.1 all memphis 0 gauge wire and rca's Plans- 2 treo ssp 18's kinetik 2400 batt and a mla module and high amp alt focal 6.5 components and amp Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
