eliassami5 Posted March 4, 2009 Report Posted March 4, 2009 1 Kicker L7 1 clarion dpx1500 (1500 watts) 4 gauge wiring didnt know ohms law back then and was accidentally running a 8ohm load, that plus setting the gain wrong and not letting the l7 break in for that long caused me to blow a voice coil in about 2 weeks. Got another l7 and wired it to 1ohm and been running it like that in my volvo for about 2 years, amp is starting to go tho but the l7 is still beating hard.
