I believe thats the right word. Just wired up the enclosure and as I was testing it one performed fine while the other just stood there like a bump on a log. Both are getting power tried to push in but wouldn't budge at all. Was wondering what options I have given the situation.

def sounds blown, but i've also seen it where the magnet shifted and pinched the coil. put a volt meter on it, and see what it says

slinky coil is when it burns off the adhesive, or parts of the coil, and it unwraps from the former, and then wedges itself inside the motor. unless its a really nice sub, throw it out and get a new one, or try and get it waranteed.
