bumonskateboard6
I know this isn't huge or anything but just thought i'd show what I got accomplished today. HD Radio Tuner & Double Din Bracket (built to order...now being mass produced) What it looked like before: All the old out And here's the new Um mess of wires... Everything Done! Overall I had a fun time with this but didn't expect to have to hide-away so much stuff like the mic, GPS antenna, and the HD radio box but got it all done. I also set up the hardware bypass on this one but it still won't play videos once I get over 16, and I also didn't install the speed sensor wire so it must know how fast I'm going through GPS and locking me out when I go over 16. Any tips? jsmoke222000
Once you moved the mute wire, ground it along with the parking brake wire. That should do the trick. or you can mod the software. bumonskateboard6
Yeah i did move the mute to that spot and ground it with parking brake, so I guess I may just software it to 128. jsmoke222000
Double check your mute wire. It is pretty common for the wire to be kinda loose in the wiring harness after you move it to the new spot. Most likely it is not getting a good connection to ground. I have done alot of these this way with no trouble @ all. Quote Jared Nixon A.K.A. bumonskateboard6
I bet the new mute location is probably loose in the harness then I'll see what I can do to fix it.
