You want more than 4 cubes for DD 12s. And if this guy does it right, in an spl set up, it will meter more than mid 140s. Best advice I can give you would be go to the soundpressure forums. They know just about everything there is to know about dd. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Ps - don't make the mistake I did and try to play music on them daily. They ARE an SPL sub(atleast the 9500 series are)

I play music all day on my 9515, I know a guy who slams it on 2 9510s, the idea that the 9500 are 'SPL' subs is just stupid, I even got told by Jassa at DD that it's a misconception, they just have huge motors and low moving mass, so they inherently get very loud easily and they're well built.

They also have great SQ in the right box, mostly its just wasted though because either they're in SPL aligned boxes or all you can hear is metal moving.

Last of all, if you put 95's with lots of power in a big box you will spend a lot of time doing recones because your neck joint will smash into the top-plate all the time and you'll blow cones. Ask anyone that has actually run them hard...
