Also did the big 3 and have an aftermarket alternator. Obvioulsy the rpms will drop when im pounding. I think its more of a pulley thing when i feel the car stumble at idle sometimes. When im at a complete stop and the bass is slammin i can see the rpms drop. Also changed the belt and still notice it. That could be the solution right there.
