Damn thats crazy since you mentioned this. I also have the yellow cap up front and batcap 800 out back. Also did the big 3 and have an aftermarket alternator. Obvioulsy the rpms will drop when im pounding. I think its more of a pulley thing when i feel the car stumble at idle sometimes. When im at a complete stop and the bass is slammin i can see the rpms drop. Also changed the belt and still notice it.

You were at an idle. Your alternator puts out less power at an idle than it would at say 2,000 engine RPMS. That could be the solution right there.
