Cabin Loading With Ported Clamshell

So does anybody have an answer to whether the port walls should be parallel or not? Because that will really determine how difficult it's going to be for trials...

Nah no need at all for them to be parallel.

You can model a clamshell 2 ways - one is as a conventional ported box in which case you work it as a large flared port (use the sub faces as well) or you treat it as a folded tapped horn of x length.

My current clamshell design is 24 cubes with a touch over 300 square inches of 'port area' with 0 parallel length. Conventional tuning says 32hz, 'horn' response is from like 24hz if I remember right. Either way it should play low :hairtrick:
