Bali Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 Is one fi bl 15" 1 ohm stable on a mono block amp? I plan on using this amp but would there be a cheaper choice that is just as good? AMP Also, if you design enclosures, could you please PM me? Thanks.
Stephen Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 that does not make sense. you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be. DC POWER
Applejack Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 that does not make sense. well then lets help him make it make sense... i think you mean to ask if the amp is 1 ohm stable and if the subwoofer can handle the power said amp puts out at 1 ohm. im pretty sure those amps are 1 ohm stable. and yes the sub can handle that power with ease. Say you have a two ohm dvc sub, you can wire for a final load at the amp of one or four ohms. If the amp is stable at one ohm, then you can wire your sub to one ohm.
