rusty959 Posted March 30, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 If you do not file a claim on your car you do not pay a dime for the repairs to the other persons vehicle your insurance company will pay for the repairs you pay nothing out of pocket. deductible only applies to your repairs if you file a claim so im not sure i fully understand..... can anyone confirm/further explain this?
