genex Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 Hey i ordered a 12" fully loaded btl and soon it will arrive, but when it do's i wanne be able to drive it to the max, i already got a Rockford fosgate T40001 to power it so that shouldnt be the problem. 1.The box size 2.Max daily driver power handeling (i dont wanne smoke it, the RE SX 18" woofer couldnt handle 4000W rms... parts of the coil broke off :01nocomment8so: ) 3.How much Hertz to tune it to (38?) 4.what kind of compo set is capable of keeping up with the woofer... thinking bout Re XXX compo set atm. Thx, i hope you guys know the answers this seemed to be the best board around!
E a r t h Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 looks like you have everything under control from the looks of it. id recommend using the small end of the spec for enclosure size and power being used
