milesmiles Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 I've been looking at this: http://www.amazon.com/Xantrex-852-0200-XPo...f=pd_sim_auto_4 to power my 150 watt sub (with an amp of course). Would that be feasible? How long do you think it would last? The powerpack is 200 watts but the amp is 240, is that a problem?
brewer_brewer Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 is this for inside your house or what? milesmiles Posted April 1, 2009 Author Report Posted April 1, 2009 Yes. For anywhere really. Not a car though.
BigJohnny Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 I purchased a plate amp from Rythmik Audio and built a HT sub, the amp was 350W output, but needed 600W of input. Your going to need a MUCH more powerful power supply.
