AI James Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 quad is kinda useless...its not like it handles heat better or makes the sub work better, its supposed to give you more options as far as impedance hooking it up, but with the d1/d2/d3/d4/d1.4/d8/etc options you can get, a quad is just excessiveand its confusing as fuck to hook up maybe if your retarded, its the same as if your wiring 2 subs Quote

raytard Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 thanks for picking on me james <3 but on a forum where people debate whether the crutchfield or rockford wiring diagrams are easier to follow for 2 subs, putting 4 coils on 1 sub will mess a whole lot of people up i learned my highschool physics stuff, im set, a whole lot of people cant tell an ohm from a coil though Quote Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hl=avalon+build monster/rockford/kicker/stinger cables, pioneer source, jbl highs/amps, kinetik/shuriken batts, iraggi alt, dei security, dc subs(atleast for now) Team DC
