physical box size difference in a .5 and .75 box shouldnt be really eating up too much hatch space for anyone. if that difference in space is a deal breaker, i wouldnt have a subwoofer at all.

nope. not unless you wanna pay for his tinted window ticket. I will help him do anything LEGAL he wants to do but he will need a job first so he can pay for his own if he decides to roll the dice.....and gets caught with it. I would prefer my 17yr old son didn't start getting tickets though. I dont have my windshield tinted but have wanted to. Is that a fix it ticket or a large monetary sum? I hear just a fix it here in Cali, in which case id just get it signed and pay the processing fee. But, I also hear, its a fine, which i dont really wanna pay something like a few hundred dollars each time lol.

lol its funny how at our ages, a 2002 yukon still looks like a new car. Hell i think its one of the only vehicle from that generation of cars thats pretty timeless and this generation can appreciate the niceness of. Hell, if i wasnt such a damn penny pusher, i'd definetly rock a yukon/tahoe/burban. Great dependability Aftermarket support like no other LOVE the AC on GM TRUCKS Room for whatever you want to do System/family/work truck

They've been saying "dont' worry good things are coming from AA/Fi" for months now. I guess contacting them isn't one of those things LOL.

thats the problem here with you and a majority of this forum. you dont HAVE to feed a sub over RMS in order to get everything out of a sub. Why throw more power at something (spend more money) when you can build a box thats going to give the absolute most (less money). I'm helping the OP in the way, that some dudes telling him something thats not necessarily true to his situation. Your e8's Don't (need) more power, furthermore lets say those e8s are getting 400rms each, which i would hope your amp has no issue giving you given the correct box they should be more then enough. I'll ALWAY'S recommend box over recommending more power. Plus it seems like you cannot fathom how a gain pot works. Those numbers on your amp are a generaliztion of where it might by, on some amps youd be real surprised how far off that pot could be. Maybe buy yourself some tools (IMSG, DD1, CC1) therefore you can take the guess work out of those tunings, and you can give the op a more educated response as to how he can better the situation. For the op. Since you already have the equipment, i'd use what you have, and just hope that your box guy is familiar with the power you will be giving them and the vehicle arrangement that they will be used in. Answering your question directly is very hard since we do not know what voice coil configuration that you have or even the electrical your vehicle has in order to sustain the output of a potential 2k rms system. -

your box plays a large roll in what those subs can and cannot handle. so your findings in his case pretty much mean 0 -

I used to be a rep back in 08, was told by Jacob if i even needed anything let him know. Recently(2 months ago) my place of employment was called a few times by a rep, John? wanting us to sign on with sundown audio. We went through all the procedures sent in all our paperwork and even got an email form a Debbie asking to call and she would finalize our order.... The number Debbie gave us is ALWAYS unavailable to recieve calls at this time. We've sent our paperwork in on 2 different occasions now and cannot get anywhere, John has called us back asking how we like our product....we reply with we havent got any. ive emailed sundownz, we've replied to the email we recieved, and we have tried to get in touch using the number provided. We'd love to sell your product in our brick and mortar store but would love some open way of getting product unlike one of the other companies we havent been able to get ahold of in months as well. Who or how do i get some progress? our phone numbers are 559-229-0123 and 559-449-0123 email is [email protected]
