cant go wrong with either , but i would go with the kicker due to the extra cone area.

haven't had experience with solo x so i can't say anything about em,

but i have the same triple slug BTL and i hooked it up to one of my goliaths and it just took all the power like a champ(as long as you don't clip it, your good), no smellin, didn't get hot, etc.

I went wit hkicker cause of cone area and cause I have heard both and both get loud. Kickers can take a bit more power correct?
