Stronger, less than 1/2 the weight of MDF, and the cuts and mess are easy to deal with. loudlancer Posted February 22, 2007 Report Share Posted February 22, 2007 I agree with you on the Birch ply, we just built a buddy's car up with a sheet and a half, for 2 12" PG Xmax's, and I now want to do the switch, his box is literally 1.5" front face and ITs amazing, Even when you router the edges, it looks better then mdf!!
