I am planning on rewiring them, but would really like to retain the factory HU connector...is it possible for me to do this? Also, how do I run the wire through the dash? BigJohnny Posted May 1, 2009 Report Share Posted May 1, 2009 you will have to remove your dash most likely, but all you need to do is cut the tip off the factory harness and solder/heatshrink your own wires on there, then run them back the same way they were (unless you can do it better.... they do things fast at the factory, might be a better route to run the wires.)
