I used 3/4 for my vanity panels. Seems to me, you would want vanity panel wood as thick/strong as enclosure wood because you are trying to keep cabin pressure to the "front" of the box. Make sure you get that seal as tight as possible. I got my wood within 1/8" all around, then used 1/2" foam weather strip (already has adhesive on one side) all around where the panel met the vehicle. Then I wrapped that and Kaboom!! Tight seal.

A thought on your batteries- you could build a box for them, pretty the box up, then vent that battery box enclosure to the outside of the vehicle. I'm thinking of going with 2 more wet cell batts on the side of my box. I would love to have a nice gel cell, but I can get 2 huge wet batteries cheaper than 1gel cell. You know how it is... bass on a budget! :D

Did I spy amps mounted off to the side? Lookin' good bro!

that system looks like it bangs you should upgrade to the lvl 5's unless you already have them great build for the wall off i say use 3/4 mdf not a hundred percent positive but i'd assume you would want the would to be thicker

only lvl 2 i dont think i have space for 5s with the boxes being so small

Nice Matt!

What did it do to stop the rattle and movement of your sliding back window? It is amazing how those vanity panels clean stuff up isn't it?

a pillow :) i had taken all the stuff out behind the box and the window fell in after a couple hours so i used a pillow to pop it in place and it stops the rattle, did you do panels for yours yet? my head hurts i just shaved it again and it wont stop bleeding :(
