Ford Expo Box Help

well i currently am taking out my two alpine 12s need more room for the summer. i have the 3rd row in and am looking to put just one of my 12s in. there type r 12s. my old box setup blew but i got it from a friend so couldnt complain. i was wondering how i can put this 12 inch sub into my trunk area with the 3rd row in also. any ideas? i would like the sub facing up rather not have in pushed facing into the trunk or the 3rd row? any suggestions? pistures? all are welcome. thank you

I'm not familiar with how much room those have behind the 3rd row but if you have the room do sub up and side port it.
