sean 371 Posted March 23, 2007 Report Share Posted March 23, 2007 I would cut the opening for the second baffle bigger than the actually port, leaving around an inch all around, and then fill it in with duraglass to give it a flared shape. Sort of like Steve's squareoport (sp, need sleep), but with much less work, and a much smaller flare.
