Mtgrooves
I hope your painting this bitch again because the gap you left on the baffle and the sub gasket is way to tight for anything else! Looking good again and I'm tuned in once again :hairtrick: The Shoe Maker without shoes!

Lowroll
So I took pictures of all the resin corners but they all look the same so ima skip them. Speaker terminals, 1/4" Carriage bolts to hold it to the floor. Terminals, washers, ntus & all the wire. So far... All thread in & colored. Wired up & since I totally forgot heres a picture of my rear view mirror missing, it fell off Set the box in for the first time & it fits perfectly. Bolted it down... Started wiring them up & getting them bolted in too. Done! It comes out to about 2.6 cubes after displacement, I thought it would sound pretty good & get fairly loud, but perhaps I made it too small? They hit pretty hard but my voltage is getting crazy low. & before my truck seemed loudest with 1 window down or 1 door open, other side sealed. Now it gets loudest with both windows down about 2/3 of the way. Any thoughts on this? ChrispyShimp
Yesterday I started teh new box. Routing out the back wall for airspace. every little bit counts. Matted & resined corners. Should be strong. Let me know what you guys think so far! Are you predrilling? that makes a huge difference. Also, I glue all the boards very thoroughly, rubbing the glue into the wood grain and then adding more to ensure the best seal possible. it's fine to put too much glue, just take your finger and wipe it around, or use a damp cloth and clean it off. Just screws holding mdf wont work for the power you have, the box has to be very strong, I don't even use MDF, I use the heavy 11 ply oak hardwood that's 3/4 in thick. It's not cheap, but it holds screws much better, and is physically heavier, I'll bet it'll sound better too. Knowledge is the greatest tool in any garage. It's also the most priceless, and most easily shared. Here's my latest build. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/181273-89-c1500-build-log/
Jessica
I would lay a layer of fiberglass and mat on the OSB you used for the back panel. Just my two cents.
