Gibbs
Let me know about that RT i might be picking up 8 here soon for a buddy -Drew I woke up to find a nice little package sitting on my front porch Remote has been tested and it works. Of course it is not as nice as the DC remote but I'll deal lol. Just have to run it now and do another ground off of the battery to the engine. There was actually already a factory one *cough* I want to tear the shit out of it. There is a good 7 inches of bare wiring. FAIL. So since I have all that extra 4 gauge might as well replace the shitty ground. Going to pick up some nice terminals today too.So when are you going to be around next drew? lolz.... Check out my build and the band Like We Always Do! Once you start you can never stop. Bass addiction is serious. And there is no 12 step program for it. Subs are like titties, They need to come in pairs because ones and threes are just wrong, and larger amounts will always draw a crowd, we all have our favorite sizes, but the bigger ones are more fun to watch move. I'll help with the build. I've been wanting to do more audio. Got to work on my batt too. Question for you about that remote. Is the light supposed to be on or off? Boon
You'll be surprised by what it meters. Those cars get stupidly loud for some reason. We had one burp a 140.9 with a single Boston 12" sealed on 600wrms. Made me go WTF bigtime. I wouldn't be surprised if this meters decently into the 140s. 10.x volts fo' life! Noobtastic14
That would be awesome if it was in that high I' d like to see a pair of lvl 2s on 300w each break into the 40s, even if its in a hatch. -Drew I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional. Gibbs
We shall see what happens. I'm looking into switching up to a 1200w amp.....I just need to line up some deals first so I can have the money to do so lol. I messaged Vizo about it asking if he wasn't to buy if for now and save it for when he drops in a DC in like a year and a half lol. Check out my build and the band Like We Always Do! Gibbs
More pics! So to fix the license plate rattle I place some pieces of sponge behind the plate only to find that rattle gone and that the bumper rubbing against the styrofoam insert in the bumper is creating noise......soooo I took the original sponge pieces off, place one in between the bumper and the inert and replace the sponge pieces with this lolz Rattle gone! On to the engine bay. I replaced the factory ground coming off of the negative on the battery with a nice 4 gauge ground I changed out the terminals on the battery to wingnut marine terminals. All done (moved the power from under the other lines so I could mount the fuse housing to the fuse box) The grounds visible in this shot were done when we first dropped in those DCs.
