Guys i just found more space, buy relocating my batts now i have more clearance for my back port sub are still facing up Now how much space i need between my port and my back door? minimum

My suggestion is to rebuild the setup but with one box and one port. I would cut the face of the box so that the only port is the inner side of the 12s (in the photo, the gap in the middle). I think what's hurting you are those triangular ports.

Thanks for the advise but we are looking for 37-39 and we decide already subs up and port facing back with 4" of clearance construction will start this week
