t-rust Posted May 30, 2009 Report Posted May 30, 2009 i recently sold my 2 18" fi q d2 to my buddy and we are needing a really good box design for his setup and mine. i ordered 2 18" btl d2 and i have max measurments of 49"w x 20"h x 30" l. i would want it tuned around 32hz. my buddies measurments are 40"w x 26"h x 26"l. i would want it tuned to 32hz also. both using slot ports. if anyone could help me out with some designs id appreciate it. thanks.
mxer111 Posted May 30, 2009 Report Posted May 30, 2009 google sketchup my friend. you'll take alot more pride in it if you design it yourself. do you research on ported enclosures if you haven't already and get the minimal cubic feet requirments for the given sub. once you design it post it up and ask for feedback from there people will be more than happy to help you perfect it.... kinda like the difference in buying fish and learning how to fish...
