Confusion With Amp

i posted about a while ago asking a couple questions about what could be wrong with my amp.

im still so confused as to what it might be.

i thought of a maybe dumb question but could the reasoning behind this be that i bought the 4ohm type-r?

also if no one has any idea is there anywhere i could take it locally to just have the problem solved?
