sully
I used to work at a JL dealer and i have to say that the 500/1 (all the slash amps for that matter) are very picky on how they are set up. the slightest wrong setting and it sounds like a bag of ass. I used to run 2 500/1's on 2 12" W6V2's and a 300/4 on JL TR650's and it was a bitch to get it just right but when it got there it was clean and LOUD, JL subs love ported boxes. 2003 Ford F-150 Reg Cab layin body on 26's 2003 Tahoe 3/5 drop on 26's with a 408cid Supercharged engine. 2011 Camaro 2SS 2005 VW GTI Stage II ECU, CAI, 3" turbo back exhaust, FMIC, lowered 2" on some plastidipped 18's 2003 Hayabusa lowered, stretched, cams, nitrous and custom paint
