the sam
idk. i might. but if i get the CVRs, i'll be running a Hifonics BXI1210D, if i get the CVXs, i'll run a Hifonics BXI1610D. but this build is awesome. definitely a nice build. btw, was it ported or no? if so, what to? yeah umm... 32 sq inch of port, tuned to around 38-39 Hz, so it doesnt hit the lows as nice and low as i might have liked it to, but LIVE YOU LEARN...lol Thanks bro, means alot to me... hopefully the tray will too when its done... so im going out now to do some and i'll post some pics when i can Reppin for OZ! 1996 Ford EF Falcon XR6 2.5" full catback exhaust High performance extractors 7" indash eonon 1023 dvd h/u Kicker KS6930 Kicker KS650 Kicker 08CVR122 (2) Kicker ZX750.1 Tested proven at 933w RMS AudioMaster 540.4 4 Gauge throughout Fused distro block with v/meter Century 21 heavy duty batt

LSN2meBoom916
What you did with the walling tape and liquid nails WOULD be just fine if once oyu have THAT as your base, then you use some actual fiberglass over the top, then filler and sand it. If I were you I would experiment like that. Stretching felt and wetting it out, then glassing it is harder than it looks so If you're more comfortable starting how you did thats understandable. You may just prefer using masking tape in place of the walling tape as it comes pre-glued/tacky so all you have to do it lay it where you want it in a nice tight form and then lay glass over the top. All in all if you're happy with it that's what really matters. Thanks heaps bro, i didnt fiberglass this time because i didnt really wanna have to spend all my time trying to figure out how to do it properly and why its not working or whatever, so i tried it this way and its working out okay actually, next time i'll fiberglass it, but the expanding foam is really good awesome stuff to deal with in uneven circumstances. plus this whole thing cost about half of what it was gonna cost me to glass it...
