Hostility Posted June 19, 2009 Report Posted June 19, 2009 i have a choice of either the RD audio alpha v2, or i can get a soundstream xxx, both 15", and i have a sundown 3500D. now i think the RD would sound good as its supose to be a SQL subwoofer. but what about the SS XXX? is it a spl sub or used for daily? ive tried looking up specs but hard to find on them. im looking to build a temp. daily Ground pounder (yes i know its not "official") im not going for spl at all, just something to hit hella low and sound good. and these are my 2 choices. thanks 99 s10 4.3L Big 3 220amp alt Odyssey 1500 Odyssey 2150 Northstar NSB 75 Sundown Audio 3500D Sundown Audio 125.2 3 Sundown Audio SA-12's Alpine H/U RF Power Comp set 6.5" RF 3 sixty line driver 5.25 cubes @ 31hz

Havent had any experience with either but for daily id prob go with the RD..based on the specs and what ive seen the xxx is straight spl. But i guess most subs that people use on here would qualify in that.
