I Need A Roller Bearing Thing

So had a h/o alt before and had lots of belt squeakin/slippin. Now i have a bigger one, which means in takes more force to turn(i think), and the squeakin/slippin goes on longer on start up, and again when i take of from a stop. I hear about gettin new belts or stickier belts.. but than my just be a bandaid. so i went and looked around my alt and i have a spot to add one of the roller bearing things that are on dual alt kits to help wrap the belt around the pulley = more surface contact = more grip = no sqeakin/slippin. Im just having a problem of finding one of these roller bearing things. The problem might be that thats not even what they are called.

Any one know where i can get one?

not the alt pulley, is a roller thing that the back of the belt rolls accross and it pushes the belt down

is there a center piece that attatches to a bracket to hold the pulley

Well, you would just have to get a bolt and spacer.

I think your best bet would be to call mechman, or DC power. I think they should all have some of those lying around for their dual/triple/quad alt kits.

yea, i was going to send an email to mechman later, but i just had to ask around here first.
