Gq85 Posted June 24, 2009 Report Share Posted June 24, 2009 Ok, I need some help I've been trying to fix this PC for over an hour now.Relative of mine brought me his computer--- So the problem is that the USB ports are not functioning on his PC and he can't do anything. The PC turns on and boots to the logon screen but can't log in because keyboard and mouse are USB. I would go ahead and use a PS/2 keyboard and mouse but the PC doesn't have PS/2 ports. I've used four other keyboards and mouse and still nothing. I also opened it and everything looks good. The PC is a Dell Dimension C521 and it's running Windows Vista.
