Darksideofsound
ok, I got my system together tonight, and i turned it up.... and I clipped....why?? I believe i am running at 2ohm, i have 2 2ohm dvc's, the subs are wired in series, and parrallel(thats spelled wrong) into the amp. I have a kicker kx 2500.1. i am using an audiocontrol four.1 eq/line driver, and also a bass knob.....big 3 is done....and it only did it on the song "in the air tonight" with the bass..(you know the one). I did try other songs, but not as loud....and no clipping. maybe I should have turned them up also....to see if they would have clipped. any ideas??? Maybe your gain is too low and the clipping is coming from your HU not your amp. Check bass boost settings on the amp and Hu, turn them both off. And then you can turn up your gain. 2 SSA Xcon 18's Sundown 2500D Pioneer 4 Stinger SPV35 batts SecondSkin Audio Damp Pro Knukonceptz Flex[/size][/b]
