Kandrew279 Posted July 15, 2009 Report Share Posted July 15, 2009 new toy! got a marlin .17 hmr and but a BSA sweet 17 scope on it, 3-12 power (multiple of 4 ftw!!) and 40mm objective with adjustable anti-parallax. and has the adjustments on the elevation knob for distances up to 300 yards! At that speed with the projectile so small, it doesn't even spall. Like J00bles said, it just explodes. Quite an effective round.
