I am using CD's so they start to skip and my cig lighter is old so ipod connection sucks....going to try though and see what I can do. With the Saz1500d on them, I check them after about 10minutes of play and they are still cool to the touch, I can check them about an hour later after bumping at almost full tilt and still cool, sometimes slightly warm but most of the time it is cool to the touch. I am going to get some carpet or something to cover it soon and when I do, I am going to put some padding between the box and the amp to keep vibration down.
