lanman31337 Posted July 16, 2009 Report Share Posted July 16, 2009 I had a set of VX830s in my back deck and they quit working. They're a 3 way 8 inch woofer. One wire got disconnected, the other is tighter than Ed Rendell's grip on signing Pennsylvania's state workers budget. I had some Legacy 8 inch woofers from an install I was going to do for a 3 way setup for a buddy that fell through (he wanted budget) so I tossed them in the rear deck. I have them on my 2 rear channels of my 4 channel, LPF up all the way, gain set right, and it doesn't sound bad at all. Here in a bit I'm probably getting a set of Lanzar Max 8 single 4 woofers to toss back there.
