quakecitystudio
http://soundcloud.com/king-julian Hey car audio fanatics. I need your feedback on a bass sweep. For those of you that compete in the lanes with frequencies between 30 and 40, can you test out my sweep and let me know what you think? It is in the above link, and the top song file- 40-30-40 saved as a.wav file. Quote Bass Music Producer • Photographer • Graphic Designer -------------- Deep Sector Boom... banginAltima
Sweeps don't work real good because by the time you get to your peak freq you lose battery power. Also, everytime me or my local teammates have used a sweep before it give us the wrong peak freq. Edited July 22, 2009 by banginAltima Quote If you build it, db's will come... quakecitystudio
Well, I added more sweeps within that range so that you hit your note at least 5 times before your 30 seconds is up. My speculation is that a new comer should do a frequency drop, and find where his system hits the hardest, then either play the test tone, or do a narrow sweep of that particular frequency range. I'm wanting to cut down the time it takes for one to sift through track songs to find that one frequency so that they do not lose precious time in the lanes.
