Tyler Ciervo Posted July 27, 2009 Report Share Posted July 27, 2009 I'm getting a truck soon, most likely a yukon or tahoe, and I want to put a pretty much dope ass system in it. Nothing like steve's truck, but something close to it. I was thinking 2 18" BTL's. But, I'm not sure how many batteries I would need, what size amp (or amps) to use, and if I would need an extra alternator. I wanted to run that with 4 - 6 power horns, flip out head unit, and all new door speakers. I have the basic stuff pretty much planned out in my head. I just don't know all the fine details. Can anyone give me some pointers, or even make some other suggestions? And also tell me how much everything would approx. cost? Current System: Pioneer 6900 HU Front Stage: (for now) Soundstream tarantula 5.25 in the doors Soundstream tarantula 4x6 in the dash Kenwood 400.4 for mids & highs Bass: 4 Soundstream RW-12's 2 Power Acoustik Stax 4000/1D's single chamber box, 2.65 cubes.
