not a good idea.. if he bought the gun for you hes guilty of a federal Felony ;)

Depending on location here in Indiana you have to be 21 to buy a handgun but only 18 to carry it thats the situation im in but here it is perfectly legal some states are different im sure

isn't is legal for anyone over 18 to buy a pistol at a gun show from a private seller? i heard that i could do this and then when i turn 21 go register it in my name? how true is that?
