Is there a way to alter the bass knob gain

hey thanks a lot guys, yea i kinda thought it was a noob question, but i just know fosgate has those +16 db bass knobs, so when giving demos, it gives a huge difference, but oh well, im sure ill be just fine with a 6 db increase :)

The reason that they did that is to prevent clipping, most people wont need a +15 Gain, unless you have like a .2 Volt preout, which most if not all are much above that nowadays, I looked at your HU specs and you have 4 volt Pre outs and from looking at the Sundown Max Preout voltage is 6 volts, so you should be fine with the +6 gain, and I dont think there is any easy way to mod the increase, you would have to open up the amp and would have to be very knowledgeable to be able to change it, but bottom line IMO you dont need a +15 gain, for you situation.
