line drive/bass booster?

Recommended Posts

That rockford one seems to be a good deal, your deck has 4 volts but by the time it reaches the amp its not 4 volts.

yea i thought it was good, then i checked today what my voltage was at my amp, max volume is 35, i listen to it max 24 and at 25 it was not even 2volts, at 28 it was 2.8 volts. so i think i need some boost.

but what about when i add a 4ch and want that on a line driver also? that rockford one is only for 1 set of rca's

what will the rockford 3 sixty.1 voltage wise do at the end of the rca's a true 5volts, or will it drop some by the time it reaches the amp? i want to get a true 4-5 volts at the amp. either that or the audiocontrol matrix.

I have a AC Matrix to the 3sixty. This way i can turn down the HU volume at my deck to 24 out of 35 and boost the matrix to 5 volts to the 3 sixty to turn down the 3sixty's input output levels to get a cleaner signal. Personally... I love it this way... maybe it's overkill but it sounds a hell of a lot better versus before.

If you're going to get the 3sxity.... get the .2

I can get a pretty good deal on them if you're interested PM me.

well i was orig. going to get the .2, but i really dont need all those big features of the .2... or is it that much more beneficial? i dont have a high end speaker system (mids highs) so i was more of less just looking for some boost of the signal. so would the .1 be better for me? it sure is a lot better price wise. lol

you wont need a line driver for your 4 channel Ive got one of the memphis line drivers even with an eclipse 5 volt deck the gain on the line driver is almost maxed out . after I added the line driver it sounds better and seems to be louder than before

if i was to get the 3 sixty, where does it get mounted, as it sends a 5volt signal out, should it be put any where, or close to the deck, or closer to the amps to get the most volts out of the rca's?
