To do this I was going to connect the positive on the light to the positive speaker out on the amp, and of course negative to negative. So I ask you guys will adding 8 or so LEDs change the impedance load on the amp. AMP = zx750.1 impedance right now is 2ohms If you guys need any more information just ask.

I've always used a small amp (I have an old, old 100 watt amp that I'm gonna use on my next setup). But you have to use the proper resistor. Then I need a link to the site where you bought the LEDs from. If you bought them in a store, I will need to know the voltage and amperage of the LED. But trust me when I say you need a seperate amplifier. But you don't need much, most LEDs only need .1 watts each, so the smallest amp you can find would work. Running an LED off the output of an amp... you know LEDs only need like 4v to get going, and that's 4VDC, you're probably going to feed them at least 10vac from even a piddly little amp, enjoy your popped LEDs and fucked amp. Get something sound activated and run the LEDs off that... 10.x volts fo' life!
