maverick Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 Alright i've taken to making this and drinking this alot lately and have been surprised by people not knowing what this is so here's my recipe: 1 gallon of apple cider 1 gallon of apple juice 3 cups brown sugar 6 cinnamon sticks 1/5th of Everclear Mix the cider and juice into a large container with the brown sugar and cinnamon sticks, and bring it to a simmer for around two hours. Once the two hours are finished remove from heat and wait for it to cool. Then mix in the 1/5th of Everclear and STIR WELL. Pour into bottles or mason jars for the country feel or just into a plastic cup to drink. *BEWARE* Pure everclear can and WILL melt plastic so watch your mixture and don't measure out the Everclear in a plastic measuring cup. Hope you guys enjoy it because you can barely taste alcohol if at all and it will mess you up.
