looking good, I built many boxes over the years without screws. I use a brad nailer to keep everything in line and then some pipe clamps. Keep the pics coming.

This became a very time consuming project, but it`s finally starting to look like a box!

All the corners made to 45 degrees

And then the top in place!

And a little bit of sanding it looked a bit better

Tomorrow it`s gonna get some paint and wrapped hopefully. I`m gonna make a removable plate to put in the middle of the port that drops the tuning down to 32hz so I have some more options

And by the way, I have been playing around with the EQ and time comp. and I`ve gotta say the doors sound awesome now! the doors hit pretty good now and got a real nice midbass and crispy clear highs, nothing compared to how it used to be. Been listening alot to diffirent music and put it through hell, but manages all of them really well. And it LOVES Metallica! (me too ) Got a bit of mirrorshake with no woofers

Got some more work done, finally starting to look like a decent box. Still got to put some more layers of paint on the port and trim some of the edges of the box a bit more.
